You are correct. Plus the Russians failed to back Iran in any meaningful way because they too have been diminished in Ukraine.

The only hope is that in their hubris IsraHell makes a mistake. I do not know what that is. Perhaps, America chooses not to join the attack in any meaningful way, and Israel conducts a ground invasion and gets bogged down. Or Iran effectively blocks the Strait of Hormuz.
