Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

I don't think Trump and Netanyahu dare to send ground troops to Iran of this size of land and population. Mostly likely Trump is going to bomb some Iranian cities at some point, but such act is unlikely going to bring Iran to its knees, so unlikely fall of Iranian gov and regime change.
I also think so. Total war means that the United States exposes the training achievements and weapons and equipment prepared for China over the years. The argument that there will be any movement in China in 2027 was also made by the United States, and now their report proposes to delay this time. Will the United States further delay its layout in East Asia for the sake of the Middle East? I see that the Japanese Self Defense Forces are still accelerating the construction of new military bases on the island.Their real future battlefield is in the Pacific Ocean, and the Americans cannot do so just for the Middle East.

It will be political suicide for Trump to send troops into Iran for another vietnam-style war.

I think he would just neturalize Iranian N-bomb program, and Israelis would be free to do whatever else without American boots on the ground.
I think large ground forces are not, and never were, part of the plan.

Not likely. The USA directly bombing any Iranian city would results in Iranian retaliation, and this would mean a complete end of Dubai/UAE, complete destruction of ARAMCO and other important installations in the KSA, and the erasuire of Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar etc from the map within five days. They will also sink any carriers within range. This would result in 1000s of dead American sailors and once Iran tests its nuke, a complete withdrawal of the USA from the region. Which would result in literally changing of the maps in the Middle East.

The risk is way too huge and reward next to zero. Therefore the USA may avoid directly attacking Iran.
The US might be tempted at least to bomb or take out Iranian nuke facilities hidden underground, I think that's their foremost goal.

No bro, you are absolutely right. I ca ntell you from experience.

When India attacked us last month, our army was sitting back, showing restraint, not attacking. We were all going through same emotions
  • First happiness at the initial fighter jets downing (much like initial Iranian attacks on Tel aviv)
  • Then several rounds of panic suspecting that we had nothing left to fight, while our Army was preserving things and giving the enemy a chance to back down (like smaller Iranian Salvos)
  • Then distress when we believed we were helpless. When India started attacking our bases and throwing missiles and we were only sending a few drones at a time (which was to infact slowly exhaust their air defenses for the decisive blow)
  • Then coping, thinking something must be there, when even the drones stopped.
All the while our Army and govt were telling the people to stay relaxed, they know what they are doing and its all a part of the plan and not to be impatient.

But then when the decisive moment came they hit India so hard that we were all left in awe. They went with a calculated plan. I see this war the same as our war, Israel is similarly acting reckless and spending all its resources while Iran seems to be playing in a very conservative, patient and calculated manner. It is said that impatience is the greatest weakness of Satan and patience/perseverance is the greatest strength against his planning. So relax, Iran seems to be doing fine and things are coming under control now. there are visible signs of it. Insha Allah it will all go very well for Iran.

We have been through all of this and I cannot blame you, it does become depressing, disappointing at one point, but Iran is a nation defending itself against a strong coalition, it will be tough, you will have to take some blows, but that's a part of war. things can be rebuilt and your nation will come out better, more united and stronger than before.
I hope so but considering how they got ambushed by the sneak attack, the number of mossad infiltration uncovered and Irans foolish policy making for decades, I don’t think Iran is at the same level of competency as Pakistan.

How come Israel can target BM launchers easily but Iran can't target IDF planes easily? This is Assymetrical Warfare and not evenly matched.

But your war was not with the US,it was with the Israelis. A good air force with good air defence could protect the country. But there must have been hundreds of not thousands of traitors inside your country. That was another big problem. You had Kurds,Baloch,Arabistan groups, communists and people fed up with the mullah leadership
Dude, you're clueless - a war with Israel is a war with America - Make no mistake this is trumps war, it was at minimum planned and agreed upon months ago.
For now he's using his extended arm in the mid east (Israel) to do the dirty work, and he'll finish the Job whenever necessary and take the credit for the win.

Iran should’ve been better prepared and leadership shouldn’t have been so naive when dealing with the US and the West. Iranian deputy FM admitted they negotiated in good faith while the US was preparing a trap. This was Irans pearl harbor, and they need to absorb the shock.

Iran is right now fighting the collective west not just Israel!

Probably explains why we've only seen 7 missiles launched today. My guess is we'll see another salvo before daylight but the damage to missile launch capabilities is clearly diminished.

zionist propaganda, don't even take it with a pinch of salt, waste of salt

yes, there are two batteries out of seven in Israel

= 192 missiles in total
Plus the one Jordan and the Patriot System in Iraq, that's around 300-400 missiles. I imagine they used some interceptor from all three locations.

So closer to 275-300 remaining.
