Iran has undeniably established itself as a missile power in the region, excelling in both ballistic and hypersonic technologies- despite heavy sanctions and immense challenges.
Some of us have criticized Iran for lacking a capable air force and modern air defense systems. But perhaps the Iranian military understood that competing in those areas was unrealistic, given Israel's overwhelming superiority. Instead, they pursued a strategy centered on missile development-a path that requires less maintenance and allows for mass production. That strategy now appears to be yielding results. As it was once said "quantity is also a form of quality".
Hopefully, Pakistan is observing this closely and taking steps to diversify its own capabilities, particularly by building up a stockpile of hypersonic missiles.
