The enriched uranium was certainly not at these sites. It can easily be carried in a few cylinders. Those 800 kilos are a big headache for America.

Even if Iran was able to move it unnoticed, but Iran's centrifuge plants are destroyed then that 60% enriched uranium cannot be processed further to weapon grade (90%). That's the problem. Not to mention so many other more complex steps.
