Either you are too naive or closing your eyes from reality. If Pakistan didn’t have the nukes, America would have bombed us in 2001 when they came into Afghanistan. Our situation is very different to Iran. We are not Iran who claims that nuclear bomb is haram, happy to join NPT, happy for IAEA to visit nuclear site and confirm that the uranium is being enriched at 3.6% back in the days of Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran. About Pakistan, We are a recognised nuclear state who claims that our nuclear program is for our safety and we will nuke anyone who dares come near us… similar to the stance of India, UK and the USA.

So I can conclude that the advice you gave applies to Iran only. However, it must be left to the Iranians to decide for themselves whether they wish to pursue nuclear weapons or not, just like what Pakistan decided for itself.

BTW, in case we haven't noticed: The way the air warfare has evolved, getting older fighter jets is not going to cut it for major players. Powerful modern jets are needed between peer powers, powerful integrated air defense system needed, continuous training and assessment needing, satellites, electronic defense... things which Pravin Swaheny has been talking about for years in the context of China+Pakistan vs India conflict.
And I think getting 4+ gen fighter jets is not going to be easy for most countries due to production concerns. I think India is already feeling the pinch despite its deep pockets.

We are getting our own training in china for J-35. I say let's welcome iranian pilots and train them on basic training jets. I think we have mushshak or something similiar. I forget names. You are right about integration. It requires many many years but we should help Iran in any way possible. Iran and it's future Iranian aiforce will be vital for Pakistan. Iran doesn't have much time. Israel will try regime change again which is against our interest.

Time is right for both of us to reset ties and take them to another level. I say let them come and train them on our training jets. I hope iran learns a powerful lesson. India is an enemy of Iran and Iran should realize it now.

It took a big toll on my mental health. Especially during the Pak-India conflict with that constant fear for Pakistani civilian lives in case of a big attack. Waking up in the morning to see what happened, if something big occurred.

Iran needs much better people in charge of their economy and military. The govt also needs to lessen the repression and also reduce the over-generous subsidies with which it bribes the people. It should continue its policy of building much better ties with the GCC, but most important is it needs to really build a fresh relationship with Pakistan and China, with Pakistan as the conduit. It needs to let go of Russia, which has been backstabbing it nonstop for decades now.

I am sorry but you fellows really think that US will allow Iran to re-develop?? This attack by Israel aka US in fact is only the 1st wave of attack to destabalize the regime in Iran. This attack in fact has exposed the Iranian regime as weak because countless Iranian Military leaders were butchered within minutes of this attack. This work will continue and US/Israel will attack AGAIN soon. US will not rest until there is a regime change in Iran.

I suspect that very soon you will hear of a Military coup in Iran. This is the preferred US method of regime change.

Wishful thinking

It's very important for us. Some kind of air defense is necessary or Iran. Operation sindoor ongoing, Marka e Haq ongoing. Anything can happn so it's time for us to hep Iran. I know arabs hep us ike in ceasefire etc but let's not forget impotance of Iran. The way general baqari died was bad. Nobody wants anything like this to repeatagain. Military to military cooperation is the way forward. It's a like a game of chess. You always want to defend yourself by applying diffrent tactics.
