That's not true. The jet picture is old. Iran is in China for SCO meeting. Maybe Iran will sign something, maybe not. But Irans visit is for SCO.

Is it usually Defence Minister who attends these meetings? SCO is not a military alliance.

How will Iranian strategies evolve to optimize its next confrontation with Israel and USA to maximize the Human Costs for them in the next war?
The next war will probably be existential so Iran should inflict maximum casualties as possible in the next round. No more holding back just fight like as if it's a real war like back in WW1, WW2 or the current Russo-Ukrainian War.
