we paid more for it, hell we even ignore our stands and official foreign policies and indirectly support them against Ukraine ...

we spend time and money and bought YAk 130 , trained our pilots and now we just have to take Su-35.

we should continue the deal and get the damned fighters and we should assemble those in iran as well ....

If American president make it equal to Israeli, accepting their capacity, maybe they are not so stupid....maybe we shouldn't have all the circumstances in wide picture...for a bit curiosity, find some info about rare materials for nuclear technology in Burkina Faso countrysides mining...and sudden support of Burkina Faso in international forums....and Iran has some level of presence in Africa...

Go to NK they will give you weapons in exchange for oil natural gas and food supplies
Even we bought some ballistic missiles in the late 1980 in exchange for supplying them with food supplies

Let's face it, the most they'll ever do is send strongly worded letters, and give everyone a heads up that its only really a symbolic gesture, completely hollow of meaning. These old farts needs to all be replaced with younger, bolder and more ambitious crop of officers that have the energy and the will to fight. The old heads need to go to a beach and enjoy their retirements years, they've gotten way to complacent and comfortable after all these decades since the revolution. Iran can't win with them in charge.

Even if this is 100% true, again and again these "old heads" make 100times more than entire Arab world combined...

That doesn't matter, we just need something to be sky , support our AD and be able to disrupt their attack formations and hunt down the drones ...

100 JF17 B3 or Mig 35 is enough to replace our old fighters and do the basic jobs ...

For sure low end 4th gen fighters without AWACS support are no match for best of 4.5/5th Gen fighters

IMO if USA/Israel would attack Turkey or Pakistan with this kind of strike package, both wouldn't fare much better than Iran ...

Israel air force is like one of elite unit of USA air force.

The issue is that it's the worst possible moment to purchase and deploy new systems. I'm convinced that not even China is going to sell them right now.

Why do you think like that? Lebanon was wealthy, cosmopolitan and very modern back in the day - and look at it right now. It's almost a failed nation, dissolving every day, piece by piece. Partly due to Israel, partly due to Iranian involvement which is often overlooked by our Pakistani friends. You don't understand how easy it is to deconstruct a society and dismantle the state when the established regime has no allies, no friends who're willing to take on some risk but many enemies within its borders.

I bet you my bottom dollar that Israel will try to play the race card inciting communal violence within the Iranian society. Kurdish groups are literally crying for assistance from Israel - openly on social media.

They are our partner, although China doesn't let them to sell anything to us and its more about technology exchange ...

If Iran is clever they will place orders for Jf17 block 3s, according to the Indians its a junk fighter so maybe iran can sell this to the Usa and Israelis. Once Jf17 block 3s come, Iran can intergrete their own missiles, avionics etc, aswell as buy some from Turkey, China, Russia, diversify everything just incase of sanctions. It will be the best move for Iran.
