Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

I am trying to tell the brother over here to just chill out little bit with the whole thing.. I against the world and everyone against me. It is just not true.

Nothing personal just move away from that part or just even partially besides I am not @battalion25

Surprisingly, one of Iran’s options is to reinstall the centrifuges at Fordow. The Defense Intelligence Agency report concludes that while the strike damaged the electrical system and collapsed the entrance tunnels, the underground enrichment hall remains intact. This helps explain why all these other underground facilities weren’t attacked. They are even deeper than Fordow. I guess the United States is going to need a bigger MOP.

All told, Iran likely retains the 900 pounds of highly enriched uranium that the IAEA said Iran had produced, as well as an extensive network of underground facilities to produce centrifuges, enrich the material further, and assemble it into a small stockpile of nuclear weapons if that’s what it chooses to do. It’s no surprise that the DIA thinks the program hasn’t been set back all that much.

Perhaps it is hard to square the limited impact of the bombing with the spectacular appearance of a bombing campaign, with its screaming missiles and thunderous explosions. It says a lot that one of the most impressive displays of airpower in history did so little to damage Iran’s nuclear program. This is precisely why, at the outset of the campaign, I made clear that the strike would likely only succeed if the Iranian regime fell.

While regime change by airpower always seemed to be a desperately long shot, it was somehow still more plausible than the obliteration of a large, dispersed, and deeply buried nuclear program such as Iran’s. I think that the Israelis knew that, too. After all, Netanyahu named the operation Rising Lion, after the national symbol of prerevolutionary Iran. Israel’s national animal is the gazelle.

Either way, I am sure the inevitable internal discussions in Iran will now look different, not least because there are going to be a number of new faces at the table. The United States and Israel have changed the regime in some sense—just maybe not in the way that they hoped.

We should mislead them so that they use all their bombs in a location which has no uranium

yes sorry for the confusion, and you are free to post but please avoid personal attacks

Back in 2012, things were completely different. Even though they could have attacked our nuclear facilities, they held back because we had real deterrence. Our air defense network was intact, so an attack wasn’t guaranteed to succeed cleanly. And the general consensus was that if they struck, IRI would level Tel-Aviv and Haifa immediately with 10 thousands of missiles and rush to build a bomb. That risk was too high for them.
We also had real regional leverage in Hezbollah, Hamas, Assad and Soleimani was alive and effective. There was real fear of escalation on multiple fronts.

Iranian missiles and the proxies combined were the real deterrence. It is NOT a coincidence that Israel directly attacked Iran now after nearly half a century of very hostile relationships: Because the proxies had fallen.

Iran is greater than perisa ...
There is no state-empire in history that officially called itself Persia... Persia is western nomenclature based on dominant tribe and language, while Iran is of course greater than Persia, Darius and Xerex described themselves like `I am Darius, of Achaemenids royality, my tribe is Persian, my seeds are Iranian` in free translation to get the point...

Empire of Cyrus and Darius as continuum of universal Assyrian empire was simply named like `the Empire` or `the State`...

Terms Persia and Iran are mutually interconnected like England and Great Britain...English is language, culture etc... But England is just part of Britain...same situation....

Sorry, i will stop with history now....tnx

But what can Iran target in Azerbaijan proportionally to what they did on Iran? Launch some drones on their intelligence agency?

Also Alyev will probably try to do something in response
No need to attack azerbayjan, just target the aliyev clan and familymembers, some loyal figures.

the theme is same, they are trying to prove Iran / Israel fight as fake just like some people tried to play Pakistan India fight as fake.
I dont know how their mind works.

Narrow domestic politics has really, really poisoned the minds of many Pakistanis, most of them are the expats and follow a certain political party of Pakistan. I call them the Temu Version of Raza Shah Pahlavi Expats of Pakistan. Not traitors though. BTW, there are also plenty of Pakistanis and Palestinians/Arabs here who tried to portray the Iran-Israel antagonism as some fake antagonism. Their posts could be found from the old PDF to probably even in this PDFs. Idiots were calling Hezbollah's attacks on Israel during the Israel-Gaza conflict as fake even though the topmost Hezbollah leadership was being obliterated. Damn fools!!
It's just amazing to what extent people have become intellectually lazy to not use common sense, Google searches, PDF discourse. None are more blind then those who refuse to see.

Larijani claims Israel attacked the SNSC during a meeting and the building collapsed! But he says the attack failed and he can only give more details later ... strange

The intelligence operations inside Yemen seems way more difficult than in Iran or Lebanon from what we've saw, they don't seem to have the same network of spies compared to Iran

And neither is Pakistan that vulnerable to spies.
It is simply a matter of immediate goals, cost/risks, focus to 'invest' so many resources. But if/when Iran falls, then I certainly foresee Pakistan as a target.

The Larijanis are a strange family. A lot of people call them crypto-Jews.
They have penetrated nearly every institution in Iran in the past. The parliament, the judiciary system, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, IRIB, the most important institutes of research (IPM schools), and key positions in the system's strategic decision making.

We really need a strong pan-Iranian group to emerge from the IRGC or Artesh.

And they have no relations with Saudi and Turkey.

More pertinent: The Houthis don't have much of Western 'embassies'.
Just one Western, or even a Japanese/South Korean embassy could be a corridor for European/CIA/Mossad spies. Just one!

You will be surprised of how many Pakistanis are willing to commit treason for a sack of cash

This rule applies to every country in the world, it just takes time to build a strong network of traitors

Thinking that the only way to not get hit by Israel/US is just to "have an air force" is the biggest mistake to make
