If we want to leave NPT, why should we announce it on TV (like 99% of precious big mouth stupidity of Islamic republic). Let them guess later if we're in NPT or not, meanwhile we make our decisions. So Araghchi is right.

An informed source dismissed a report that Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on Iran to agree on a nuclear deal that would exclude uranium enrichment.
Speaking to Tasnim on Saturday, the informed source said Iran has not received any message from Putin regarding a zero enrichment nuclear deal with the US.
The source emphasized that no such issue has been mooted during the Russian president’s most recent meeting with an Iranian official, namely Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
No message regarding zero enrichment has been exchanged via the contact channels between Russia and Iran after that meeting either, the source said.
The comments came after Axios claimed that Putin has told both US President Donald Trump and Iranian officials that he supports the idea of a nuclear deal in which Iran is unable to enrich uranium.
Iranian authorities have described uranium enrichment activities in the country as a red line, stressing that the homegrown capability may never be subject to negotiations or bargained over.

Well considering that Russia recently made a weird offer to sell Iran Nuclear Fuel, which is strange b/c Iran doesn't need nuclear fuel, it enriches its own. It's more likely that the Axios story is true.

This is not a good way of expressing some pro-Iranian statements, absolutely unnecessary to make an artificial dividing of "Persian" monarchists vs Iranian patriots...
Persians are Iranian people, Iran is the national country of Iranians, and while Persians are the largest ethnicity in Iran, Persian language is lingua franca and Persian culture is a global brand... But Persian element is not excluded from Iranian entirety, and it has never been...

It's a good news. They can check their customers, bank records and see if there's a pattern. Obviously, if nothing malicious is going on, they must have been paid using their bank accounts. It's traceable. If they accepted cash, then they might very well be complicit.
Hopefully, It will help them find more clandestine drone factories that used their product.
