Expand on this please, Kim il-Sung was a better leaders than Iran has had in centuries, certainly better than khamenei. Also I don't understand how Kim Jong-Un is more "nationalist" than his predecessors.
 
Araghchi said Iran has begun discussions with the IAEA on a new framework for cooperation.

He said the new cooperation would not be a continuation of the old, as the recent bombing has created an unprecedented situation with new safety and security considerations.

“This new cooperation with the Agency will definitely not be similar to the past, especially because according to the law of the parliament, all matters must be pursued through the Supreme National Security Council, which decides where and how inspections will or will not be carried out.”

He said a complete cessation of collaboration is not an option, citing the need for inspectors to be present for routine activities such as fuel rod replacement at the Bushehr nuclear power plant.

The missile requires a lock for guidance unless they are using MCLOS which I doubt. I don't expect air defense radars to be calibrated to lock building sized objects. Nor would an IR missile lock a strobe light.

What is ironically in this context, exposing the unholy collaboration between Balkanian and zionistic war criminals, is the fact that on the forefront we have extremely secular Muslims and other native non-muslim people...both independent from Turkish and Saudi donations, while the dependent ones are very cautious about any potential misunderstandings or political priorities..

And probably everyone will be shocked by the Turkish role as the middleman of all of the businesses...who would say...probably the last country in the world you would expect to mediate in all sorts of the greyed dealings...between all nations and religions that exist, money is non-discriminatory in that order...
