I think the U.S and Israel will not hesitate to use nuclear weapons against Iran if they ever get wind that Iran was developing Nuclear weapons! If by some miracle the U.S and Israel do not act while Iran obtains nuclear weapons, Iran would never again be able to use its conventional ballistic missiles against Israel without it being viewed as a nuclear attack on the Zionists and Iran being glassed in response.

the only advantages Iran has over Hezbollah is size and distance from Israel. Otherwise you are right, Iran would be another Lebanon (you can argue that it almost is with the ongoing mystery explosions and long history of assassinations and covert ops in Iran).

in some instances, our position is even worse. Israel did not manage to hire thousands of Lebanese people to build drones inside Lebanon to attack sensitive targets at will.

Israel easily established air superiority over Lebanon and Iran and Hezbollah and Iran's air defences were both limited to shooting down MALE drones.

Hezbollah managed to kill 87x as many IDF soldiers as Iran (87:1) while incurring fewer deaths per day (around 6 killed per day vs 100 in Iran). admittedly this is mostly explained by a large period of the Hezbollah war being low intensity over a long period of time and Israel's ground invasion of south Lebanon making IDF soldiers an easier target.

It's very likely, but in reality, it remains speculative. I'm waiting for news in the coming days and weeks from officials in Iran. I repeat, there are better analyses on the role of the IRIAF during the 12-Day War and its future role. Apart from saying that IRIAF is finished on this forum, what other analysis is there on the substance, that is different? NOTHING!
