Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Thats a very poor take and this is exactly the same mindset that keeps enabling thieves and corrupt politicians in Iran. In a real free democratic system people like Ghalibaf wouldnt be praised... they wouldd be scrubbing toilets in a penal jail.

In what world does ''stealing, but at least he did something'' equal some kind of balance? That logic is pathetic and insulting to a great nation like Iran.

ALL of these thieves and murderers belong in PRISON and not in seats of authority. Every single one of them must answer for their actions one by one. **** Ghalibaf and the horse he rode in on.
Do you prefer politicians who steal and do nothing in return instead?

I prefer politicians who actually represent the people and display good manners and ethics. I prefer politicians who show the utmost loyalty to the country they are supposed to represent. I prefer politicians who display patriotism.

Not even one politician in the higher political echelon of IR is committed to Iran.....they are only committed to their ideology and their personal interests. This whole regime must go. They are a cancerous tumor that wont let go. A heavy surgery is needed otherwise Iran will remain sick.

Yeah, well, we don't have such politicians in the Islamic Republic.
You either get politicians that steal and lie and do nothing to serve the people or the country, or politicians that just steal and lie. I prefer the latter.

At least Ghalibaf did a great job as the Mayor of Tehran.

There is no doubt that Iranians deserve better, but it is what it is.

Ghalibaf is a successful technocrat and he was great when he was the mayor of Tehran

Many underground missile cities are also the result of his foresight
Give me five billion dollars and I will make Tehran look like Beijing...... I promise. But if I don't, I still get to keep the money, though, okay?

Considering every corrupt leader within the IRI is now anticipating Khamenei's natural death or ouster from power, it will be interesting to see which camp will Ghalibaf join. He is a smart political conman who knows whats best for him pretty much like those Shahi loyalists who over-night became "Islamic Revolutionaries" when Shah ran from Iran.

I don't think we're that lucky to see Khamenei's death anytime soon. Not before Iran has been completely ruined and turned into multiple new Stan countries.
He's 86 but Jannati is already 98 and he doesn't intend to die.

last ditch talks (conducted against Khamenei's public wishes) failed. snapback will be official on 28 September.

Mossad's best doctors and bodyguards will keep him alive as long as they can.

Snapback will likely be start of the jew syrianization campaign against Iran. They will bomb every week and slowly cause irreplaceable losses until they can just bomb cities like they do in Gaza. Khamenei will not be targeted.

What people often forget is the shadow war Israel has been waging on Iran since as early as 2007.

People underestimate the damage these operations cause. It was exactly this kind of campaign that turned a quarter or more of IRs own security apparatus against the regime.

There have been hundreds of such operations but the notable ones like the operation against Haniyeh in Tehran didnt happen overnight. They were the product of years of underground intelligence efforts.

So now even if Israel resumes its bombing campaign against Iran i dont think thats the most important part. What matters is that everything they want to achieve can still be accomplished through the shadow war, just as always.

What im really wondering about is how compromised Vali Amr is. How many agents do they already have inside? How infiltrated is Beite Rahbari or the house of Khamenei himself.
