by my understanding, not longer than 60 days (so, question is only about IR ability to secure info. security for about 60 days against USA or NSA and not against the entity!)

I have no military knowledge and I am not an expert, but certain simple facts show that the entity would be in big trouble between 1 to 3 months: the logistics and fast depleting AD missiles would become a problem.
A small colony with less than 8 million colonists cannot function while their energy and other vital infrastructure get hit. They never saw or experienced such impacts.
