I made the same guess but it doesn't make much sense given the fact that an attack on Azerbaijan would trigger a Turkish response and Turkmenistan is Iran's only neighbour that has no beef with Tehran due to its neutrality on every global conflict.

An attack on Israeli embassy in Azerbaijan wouldn’t illicit a response by turkey why would it it’s not an attack on Azerbaijan territory, but by now all Israeli personnel have been moved out whatever Mossad agents or military attaches are long gone. Turkey isn’t going to get involved in a war with iran as much they aren’t going to get involved in saving Palestinians from dying in Palestine.

A rushed attack now with all those ABMs in place will make higher chances of it to be unsuccessful. Timing is key, i also wonder if it actually will be BMs used as everyone is expecting that.

Another fear would be Israeli retaliation. If Iran can fire 50 missiles at Israel then so can Israel, they will target Iranian nuclear and missile facilities.

Israel has not demonstrated firing its missiles in the region as successfully as Iran has, so i will take this analogy with a grain of salt- Iran is just more advanced than Israel in missiles.

Um all those are in place because iran gave them 2 weeks to prepare the Iranians should have responded right after while bombing was still fresh in people’s minds. If the Iranians wanted to attack let’s be honest they could have attacked at any time with whatever is supposedly is coming if not more this is starting to be as if they really did give everyone a lot of time to prepare

Hitting Israeli embassies in other countries would be the safest bet and seen as a tit for tat reaction. With the ball then in Israeli court on whether they want to escalate..
Attacking Israel directly would be an unnecessary escalation, let them be in heightened alert for months.. and suffer fatigue..

You think Iran could realistically target Dimona?

Any system can be overwhelmed and once that happens the damage is done how quick can it be reloaded or replaced... That's what happen to Israel their systems were overwhelmed and the other missiles do the damage....Anti missile defenses have limited ammunition , and limited ways to disperse them, so when hundreds rockets rains down in matter of 20 minutes the defenses get overwhelmed. Iran has drones , cruise missiles etc so yes in theory you can hit Dimona launched from speed boats or from near by friendly states.
