I don't know, their military and gov are badly infiltrated by Israeli spies. If China sell these valuable Chinese weapons to them, Israel probably going to get the secrets and the weapons will be compromised or even blown up by the agents, that's no good for Chinese military in any way. My biggest concerns with the above is F35s taking these planes out in a surprised attack and then Iran will be left without an air force. It can happen given the path from Israel to Iran is wide open (to the destruction of the Islamic countries). This is not an easy problems to solve and would required highly potent missile barrages in order to preemptively stop Israel from attacking Iran in a surprised attack.
The saboteurs roaming in Iran (not sure how many remain) are a problem too. The IRGC training has been extremely inadequate from the losses in the last 10 years.

Maybe its time to swallow the pride and maybe come under the protection of the Chinese by fully immersing in their Eco-system. Think of this as a large prison. There's not shame in allying yourself with a stronger prisoner to stave off the hyenas waiting to pounce. Iran in the literal sense only has 3 1/2 years before President Trump's term is over. I understand your concerns, but I think it is what it is. It is too late to make drastic changes and we have to fight with our current capabilities for now.

Unless the Chinese Army is willing to establish a no-fly zone over Iran by itself, which is 100% impossible to happen in my opinion, there isn't much to be done in the remaining time. Israel is going to attack soon, probably in a few days. They have received 821 tones of equipment from their allies since the ceasefire. 821 fucking tones!

If Iran gets Chinese jet fighters, we have underground air bases like Oghab-44 where they will be safe. But you cannot expect Iranian pilots to fly with Chinese aircraft after 2 weeks.

The only Chinese aircraft that has been in the service of the IRIAF long enough is F-7. The Chinese members can tell us about it more, but I don't think the experience of flying with F-7 can be transferred to J-10C.

Iran managed to damage the baby killers because it did not play on their terms. Iran will never have an air force better than theirs so it would be a silly idea for Iran to try to beat them at their game.

Plus, israels allies will be all around Irans borders with BVRs to enjoy the hunt? It is possible. Nobody will ever know who took part in it....their planes will also be decimated as soon as they land.

Their spectacular BMs did a fine job. They just need to ensure:

- They don't sit around waiting to get attacked. The next attacked will come and will be more devastating. A pre emotive strike would be in its favour.

- no point playing along with western pantomime. They will do as they please and will not honour any deal anyway. They are all in on it and laugh behind your backs as soon as you walk out of the room.

- A "dead hand" type of set up would be a good idea whereby their missile cities can act autonomously in case of major disruption and chain of command loss. 500-1000 BMs must be launched on day 1 behind a "credible deterrence".

The Iranians will have to come up with a more long term strategy as their current set up will not protect them forever of course.....
