Majid - 393 systems are good against drones. However enemy can start to employ different tactics. Use one drone as a bait and detect the flashes of the sam missile launch by infrared for example.
More systems are necessary to cover for more drones both bait and armed. Another option is to separate the passive TV-IIR sensor in a camouflaged position. Missile carrier vehicle after firing is exposed so the crew should run away by motorcycle to a secure area like tree lines.
These missile carrier vehicles can be converted for example missile-platform(without the sensor) can be towed by a quad atv bike to a preferably camouflaged location and installed there. Guidance command can be done by a separate camouflaged TV-IIR installation nearby (needs still be moved from time to time). Quad bike after installing the missiles can run away to a secure location. Empty missile barrels would be exposed only after firing missiles to a bait drone for example. TV-IIR sensor can also be towed-carried by a quad atv motor bike.

Also IRIADF could use some Shahed 136 with any IR Azarakash missile pointing back. Whenever a Super Hornet wants to shoot down It can launch the Azarakash missile. It would be needed just a UV light detector. Any flash from launching missile or guided APKWS would trigger that IR missile.
Russia did It and managed to shoot down a damn Su27 at least once.

Also Shaheed 238 and the new Hadid 110 drone can reach 10km altitude. A manpad can be installed over it(or below it making it more stealthy to planes but it needs to raise its nose up to engage in that case) to engage higher flying planes maybe at 12km altitude or more. It can be used like a loitering long range sam system with some sensors like iir camera cued with ground radars from longer ranges. Both of these platforms are stealthy.

HQ-9 was unlikely sold to Iran. China didn't even sell the J-10CE and the HQ-9 is far more sensitive and important than J-10CE. It is actually not for sale. Only the FD-2000 which is an export version of HQ-9A is available for sale. That system won the Turkish missile trials against S-300PMU, Aster and Patriot originally before Turkey politicised it and bargained between NATO and Russia to eventually buy S-400.
If China sold HQ-9, then the Americans would have declared and reported it. They have not. Only some dodgy small websites claim this.
Blue on blue is possible but not 3 fighters and they were each downed about a day between the first and third. If it were all blue on blue they would learn the lesson after the first one and change routine or flight path even if they have to fly through ABM areas.
Also they have IFF between the US operated Patriots and US operated F-15 fighters.
S-300 is possible but F-15 pilots going up against Iran are well trained against older AD systems like S-300. Iran's own developed AD systems being responsible is also possible.
HQ-9 isn't responsible for Iran's AD failures as much as Indian and western media would like to claim. When they go up against China they will find just how effective HQ-9 system is. Pakistan didn't purchase many FD-2000 which is the HQ-9 export version and only fired them in limited numbers to protect more valuable sites. The airfields where India did manage to land a few hits weren't protected by FD-2000 (HQ-9). I know India claimed a vehicle struck but that vehicle shows something that is not part of HQ-9 system. So again they tried to pin the blame on India managing to land hits on Pakistan as some failure of Chinese AD when Chinese AD barely had coverage over Pakistan. After May 2025, Pakistan purchased more Chinese AD systems in an attempt to create an integrated layered AD. Including attempt to negotiate HQ-19 ABM system.
Same claim for Venezuela when Venezuela didn't even operate Chinese AD, again the usual suspects tries to denigrate Chinese AD.
But here, HQ-9 is probably not in Iran and not responsible for F-15 downing.
More likely S-300 or Iran's own long range AD or maybe at least one of those F-15s were killed by friendly fire. But all 3 is much more doubtful.

We should also note that Iran has been whacking countless Israeli and American drones with about a dozen on record already.
Still Israel and America has a lot of air power over Iran now because it's AD is unable to deal with the volume and is also receiving attacks from SEAD/DEAD. Iran's airforce simply cannot match US and Israel by any stretch at all. So unfortunately Israel and America hold air superiority already and will have complete ownership of the air eventually since they can use drones to assist with air to ground against the SAMs Iran does operate and the ballistic missiles Iran keeps launching.
I think on balance the favour is far in Israel and America's side here because they have so much air power and Iran's weakness is AD and airforce (and also navy).
US navy is staying far from Iranian land based anti-ship capabilities. So they are useless to threaten US navy which can still operate effectively against Iran from those distances. Iran does not have effective anti ship ballistic missiles or anti ship HGVs or HCMs. It's navy also isn't capable of countering US navy like its airforce isn't able to counter the USAF and Israeli AF.
Iran's main capability here are ballistic missiles which is the only tool it has to force a surrender from Israel and America but even if they do agree to some ceasefire deal (which America has already proposed and was rejected by Iran) I dont believe Israel will treat it as over. It will continue to seek Iran's destruction or regime change.
