These are opposite corners of Iran. There is nothing of value in Baluchistan. Any spy infiltration would come from northern Iraq or Azeribajian.

They can easily set base there and launch drones. Its like last year many drones were launched from within

Iran's IRGC announced that it successfully shot down five US-Israeli drones over a three-hour period using a new advanced air defense system. The downed aircraft included Hermes and Orbiter 4 models as well as MQ9 drones, which were intercepted over several Iranian cities including Tabriz, Tehran, and Bandar Abbas.

Ship and bomber launched cruise missiles are an immediate concern for Iran right now other than drones and fighter aircraft. Some coming news are good hunting down cruise missiles in a few areas of Iran. A cheap to produce system would use a good quality freq hopping monopulse tracking radar(monopulse used by other shorads like Rapier and Russian Osa systems) and a separate low sidelobe low altitude scanning radar. Aesa can do both scan-track but it would be hard to produce in wartime conditions.
