This is likely the new Arash the Archer (Arash-e Kamangir) air defence system used to hit the MQ-9 and target the RQ-4 and F-35 (apparently unsuccessfully, possibly due to altitude limitations)

Short range mid-high altitude systems, EO-IIR trackers against jets are getting better that is good news. New Pantsyrs SMs have missiles about 18km-30km altitude-range specs weighing 110kg with the container. Mainly the composite materials, engine and two stage system give these altitude-range-lightweight performance. These missiles(only the missiles-rockets are enough not the whole system) can be obtained someway and then copied - integrated to Iranian short-medium range systems solving the altitude problem. These rockets can even be integrated to existing 358 sams to give them high altitude capability against jets.

Which one is the Arash-e Kamangir SAM, is it the one you posted above (iranian Pantsir?) or another one @Persian Gulf ?

New artillery systems, besides the Iranian pantsir, will be deployed in Iran. An improved Mesbah with a missile system is, in my opinion, a safe bet. But we will see things never seen before; this is easy to predict, as it's the nature of military evolution. The United States and Israel have provided the impetus to Iranian scientists and engineers, so we should expect surprises from Iran.

In creating an Iranian pantsir, it's clear that there will be different versions and configurations.

You aren’t hitting a F-35 with a rocket that small in diameter.

You need a proper homing missile with enough juice to pull G forces and follow the jet preferably in a top-down kill strike pattern, rather than bottom up

Well Majid supposedly managed it

we should create more short range passive optical system ,
