And - will Iran strike Israel's civilian infrastructure in return, or will that be considered Haram by Iran as well if another round is launched ?!

If there is indeed another round, then Iran has one last round to impose a real cost on Israel to establish real deterrence so that Iran no longer viewed as a "useful tool" for the political theatre and voting requirements of Israel or USA, and to impose a real cost on Israel who started these wars, or they can forever, well - keep quiet and keep their finger waving to themselves...
