I'm not sure if things have changed, but last time I was there most internet was via cellular networks rather than wired networks. May have to do with that, naturally the speed will be slower than wired networks.

By the way the guy predicted that nobody attack Iran just days before the 12 day imposed war and then predicted that nobody attack fordo just one day before it get attacked and he predicted Syria won't fall , just hours after that bashar escaped to russia
