This is the whole problem of the US politics, thinking that strikes will stop by striking facilities or whatever, killing bunch of soldiers or assassination will stop everything
Each killed and destroyed means more people willing to fight and more attacks, rocket attacks also began in the same hour of the strikes

1) Attack Israeli targets in Gaza using CM or Shahed one way drones. IDF is occupying foreign soil, it’s fair game for the earlier strikes against Iranian Guards in Syria.
2) As for Jordan, no way would allow Jordan to even think of puffing their chest. Start attacking Jordan border posts and military targets near the Iraq and Syria border. No deep inside strikes to reduce escalation chances.
Not even Saudi Arabia had such delusions after Iran attacked Armaco.

The main arguement against attacking Israel is the response and escalation would be to great.
Yet since 10/7 Israel has done tens of strikes inside Syria including 7-9 IRGC killed. US has now conducted reportedly 85 targets bringing in a B-1 bomber. And even Jordan has joined the fray.
Which even loss of life aside, it’s the monetary factor as well. Iran unlike China and US does not have a mega military budget. Money has to be spent on anything destroyed wether that’s base, munitions, equipment.
So if Iran is willing to accept such “pain” for 3 US soldier deaths that it’s not even directly responsible for……why not pick a more high value target?
If you are going to get hit might as well get your moneys worth.

IRI want to take the war to Israel's borders using non-Iranian forces and without bringing a war inside Iranian borders (of course we can point to the assassinations and sabotage within Iran that add a bit of nuance to this)
