Pakistan has not the neighbourhood Syria or Lebanon has. You are lucky you are a bit far, but if they win they will go for your country also. India is not comparable, India es alegit nation and has not ambitious in Pakistan land, just Kashmir, and Kashmir will be solved once Iran ahs consolidated power in south west asia, and looks to India. India will not prefer to be isolated from muslim world.

Iran is not a friend of Russia like Syria where it has security guarantees with military bases, there are no Russian or Chinese military base in Iran neither Lebanon

Lebanon will need to pay Russia with something, the economic situation is terrible in Lebanon, one of the worst in the world, Iran also doesn't have funds and cannot say "Hey Russians we want you in Lebanon to support Hezbollah", Russia will never accept as it would paint them as "terrorist helpers" on the world scene, Iran doesn't have liquidity and the prominent "paying" resource used is crude and gas

But a scenario where the Lebanese government and not Hezbollah would ask for Russian assistance in case of threats of carpet bombing, i doubt it would happen but it happened in Syria when Asad was being threatened of the destruction of his country and turning it into a parking lot by ISIS and NATO coalition with 2ton bombs

But now we have only seen a Yak-130 delivery and nothing else in nearly a year, Iran has barely capabilities to relieve its IADS because no one wants to sell to Iran

With the isolation Russia has been under last 2 years, I have wandered why Putin has been so reluctant to deliver weapons to groups who are fighting western forces in other places around the world.
