As a Shia, I’d rather have Khalid Ibn Walid right now than anyone else from Islamic history. His victories and strategies gave Muslims a world empire. I don’t give a crap about Shia Sunni fission or the history following the Prophets (saws) death

The real traditional sunni Islam doesn't believe in political Islam, by political Islam i mean people who use Islamic slogans as a political weapon, to get power and sympathy, for example they will scream Palestine all their lives but it's just for politics, to get votes. The majority of the sunni (the people not governments or parties) are not effective is because after the Ottomans/Mughals we lost everything, in recent history it's all about who screams Islamic slogans the most, makes up lies, false propaganda, deception, collaboration with the zionist and allies, who has the money and power, this is where all the public/vote goes and those Muslims who believe in the Haqq and not falsehood have been sidelined, by the world powers and the ummah.

For example look at Syria, this Jolani is a wahabi terrorist but majority of Syrians are sunni shafi sufi, but Jolani and co pretend to be sunni and fool the public, Jolani also has backing from the Arabs turkey and western world, with him in power the money, investment will come so people want the dunya not the haqq, it's the case of majority sunni people unfortunately, we have become weak and ideology has become non existence, this is why wahabis and Ikhwanis trying to hijack sunni Islam.

Anyone could have seen that cease fire wasn’t going to last. Once Israel got back most of the hostages then Hamas would lose ALL its leverage. Israel had no incentive to comply with the deal since Hamas couldn’t do any major damage and no longer had the leverage of hostages.

Arabs are idiots when it comes to war and negotiations. No wonder their entire countries are stooges of the West.
