to be honest Israel is not that strong
they rely heavily on air power and without it they are pretty much defenceless
before Hezbollah was knocked out they actually were hitting the Iron Dome launchers and radars with the Almas ATGM which had a camera on it
I believe they also located the radars for the David Sling and imagine a well planned attack taking down the SAM sites which would allow the Iranian ballistic missiles to come raining in , Hezbollah and Iran could have communicated better
the Port of Haifa should have had all its oil installations lite up, the resistance pretty much had this in the bag
they filmed so many sensitives sites and exposed Israel for what it is a weak and bully nation who like only to fight the weak
had Hezbollah capitalised on the progress and actually opened a full frontal attack the casualties on the Israeli side would have been immense
honestly Israel doesn't have the stomach to take those kind of casualties whereas Iran does
As a whole, Israel is the strongest military in the region. As a whole. That means air power, intelligence, naval power, special forces, security forces, infantry and armor. Israel is highly effective in combined arms warfare with modern, cutting edge systems.
Also factored into comparing militaries is funding, foreign support, diplomatic backing, and allies. Fights are never fair. All of these things matter. Israel controls the United States. Jews see themselves as Jews and only Jews, their nationality is just a cloak they wear outside their community with no real attachment. They are also backed to the hilt by Zionist Jews in international finance, in wealth management firms, and have intelligence services that have blackmailed every single Western politician, spied on them, and bribed them, or married into their families. This is a ridiculous warfighting advantage that not even China or Russia have. If the going ever got tough for Israel, the US will send its own economy into a recession to fight for Israel.
On a ground force-to-force level, Israeli combined arms warfare is considered advanced and modern, though the IDF is not great in quality as its a conscript force and in terms of discipline and expertise it's not on the level of the US military. In terms of counterinsurgency, the Israelis are proficient but this is multiplied by their insensitivity to civilian death toll of populations they deem subhuman, and their relative ease in committing genocide or making otherwise amoral decisions (Hannibal Directive) in service of greater goals. Finally, training matters. No force, not even Turkiye's, trains their soldiers better than Israel does. Iran invest a lot into getting Hezbollah up to par but even before the official war on Hezbollah, Hezbollah had lost around 1,000 men hitting Israeli communications centers, air defense and vehicles, perhaps inflicting maybe 200-300 casualties.
So no, don't underestimate your enemy. This is an enemy that is determined to kill every non-Jewish Middle Eastern population and unless people wake up, the region will be devoid of humans and Judaified.
