In current form I see its utility as AShBM or as a "assassin" missile for targeting some house in population.

This is smart tactics IMO because Israeli ALBMs/SOWs are limited in numbers and expensive. Even if they take out one TEL, the cost will be high compared to IRGCAF losing only one missile and a stupid truck.

so we really need Majid and 358 in huge numbers across West of Iran to prevent this and force them to use higher tier assets

logically best strategy was always to fire huge number of old cheap missiles to deplete/degrade their interceptor inventory then transition to slower more accurate missiles

They always. May opt not to intercept if the missile too away from some place important.
That why you have to also fire some accurate missile

MALE UCAVs are highly vulnerable to SAM, Iranian IADS got shock surprised from inner terrorism and ALBMs/SOW strikes on Search Radars, it wont happen all the time.

IRGC's compensated range again. 2000 KG warhead at with 2000 KM implies a range of ~4000 KM. K-4 is estimated by IISS to be 3500 KM with 750 KG warhead while it was advertised by IRGC as 1800 KG and 2000 KM.

Amusingly they have no guess for Sejjil-II whose max apogee is still a mystery.
