We subsidize energy and gasoline use/consumption/waste (costs Iran 50-100 billions a year), part of money goes to deep pockets/corruption (4 billions USD disappeared in debsh tea import case), large part of economy is not taxed, then it's logic that no money remains to modernise infrastructure, army, industry.

Iran is a country with advanced missiles and so much more. Iran isn't Timbuktu. Despite corruption one would have expected that a helicopter with night vision capability isn't something out of Iran's reach. This is shocking to be honest.

One has to wonder why the vehicle carrying the President of Iran doesn't have a robust tracking device and/or greater level of protocol and greater communication with its entourage. Its been far too long and they still haven't found the helicopter.

Bro, this is your president you are looking for. Shouldn't all equipment be available for search and rescue mission on a priority basis? Mind-boggling.

"I am highly skeptical of some of the claims the gov has been talking with one the crew crew of the helicopter, if they did have coms with someone the first thing would be confirming is president alive 1 and 2 if so he would get priority use of any coms that were working."

"AKINCI was appointed for the President of Iran!

"Based on the request made by the Iranian authorities through our Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an Akıncı UAV and a Cougar type helicopter with night vision capabilities were assigned to participate in the search and rescue activities of the crashed helicopter of the President of Iran and his delegation."
