Flight pattern of Akinci is strange.
Probably the weather in the area is bad, that's why it is spinning from afar.It's searching at a wider area. The helicopter pilot may have lost his way in the storm.

Anyways there are no way they would stay 10 hours at the crash site with massive rain and fogIt's definitely searching for the president otherwise it has no other mission. I believe they are thinking the pilot may have lost his way.
