He says drone lacks heat (FLIR) camera, just a simple drone.

IRGC/Artesh will have to answer to why Turkey had to find our country’s president for us when they have so many MALE category drones and optics.

After all the tension between US, Israel and Iran who would've thought Raisi and Abdollahian would depart this world in an accidental helicopter crash.
We're used to Iranian officials being martyred in assassinations and targeted strikes that one might sometimes forget that death comes sudden and unexpected for all.

Rest in peace to both gentlemen, they certainly carved their names in history and will not be easily forgotten.

Aviation crashes used to happen in Iran much more frequently from 90’s to early 00’s.

Then the aviation engineers did an amazing job at reducing aviation failures and it became a rather rare occurrence despite decades of sanctions and an old fleet.

I always did worry when officials would travel on these old helicopters because they are simply too risky for top political officials and military officials. But given the rarity of helicopter crashes in Iranian military, it’s was a sign of their safety and skill of pilots.

I think the investigation will show pilot error rather than mechanical. But nonetheless, these birds needs to be severely upgraded. And VIPs should be traveling on proper transport helicopters not military choppers.

God knows who dunnit.....I bet its the CIA/ Mossad. Who else?

they are saying "all bodies are cold" "if they would be a heat signal , they would be alive "

those drones clearly have somekind of thermal vision if he can tell those bodies are cold = all dead.

You are naive.

You think a helicopter that disintegrated into burning pieces is going to have neatly laid out intact bodies viewable by a drone?

No it wasn’t. And PressTV is your source? Really? Come on man. After all the misinformation they gave out during this?

Once the Turkish drone footage was released they confirmed they were going to site. Then PressTV published that claim you posted, but within 15 mins it was confirmed they found the suspected site.

Anyway, it’s a shame that we lost government officials in preventable type accident.

I really do wish Iran would take safety and operational security more seriously. Maybe this will serve as a wake up call.
