Iranian Space program | News and Discussions

The IRGC logo is clearly visible. What then are the other pix I posted with it seemingly painted over/deleted/encased?

it's not actually covered on the SLV, I think that's a media edit

ISA administrator discusses the ground work is being laid for construction of large space structures:

IRGC tested its cold gas thruster in this launch. The satellite will be able to shift its orbit and its phase in space.

An other step towards GEO orbits. When the tests are concluded, IRGC would be able to prepare for using bigger engines and launch heavier payloads.

from 2015 Safir launch of Fajr satellite:

"Iran did not disclose details of the satellite’s purpose, but Iranian media reported it carried a cold gas propulsion to for in-space maneuvers, representing a technological advancement over the country’s earlier satellites."

4-6 more space launches planned for next 6 months ...

Zoljanah and Simorgh are likely contenders, and Qaem-105 too

After every successful launch they promise (ISA or IRGC) we will see a major uptick in launches then there is silence till another 9-18 months when they do another token launch.

The onus is on them to prove it rather than merely claim they will like they have for last 10 years between these two agencies (ISA and IRGC-spaceforce[SF])

According to sardar Ja'farabadi, Qaem-105 will be tested next year. Qaem-120 will be able to carry the heaviest known satellites and Nour-4 SLV is in development phase.
