we talk about big turnout of conservative bloc but in reality Jalili won 9.5 million votes compared to 15.8 million votes won by Raisi in 2017 and 18 million votes won by Raisi in 2021. so turnout by the conservative bloc also fell significantly and you can't just blame Tehran

For posting it and cut the lower part if the paper so no one see the parliament members who for pressuring khatami government signed that later took back their signature and no confidence vote failed and he remained health minister till the end of khatami presidency
