the number of people here who haven't a clue about int'l relations....

Targeting soldiers is a direct act of war. In the Grand scheme of things, small numbers of civilian deaths don't really account to war with Pakistan and ME countries

It is far better to aim for anti Pak Militants that are there.
Aiming for anti Pak militants isn't better.
Aiming for culprits of missile attack on your country and killers of children is appropriate by islamic and international laws.
You want to attack but still being friends with them , sorry it doesn't happen
They didn't respect your country's sovereignty and here you are afraid of little escalation?
You want to talk about international relations but your way of thinking will sink Pakistan to the bottom , if it isn't at bottom right now .
Pakistan isn't afraid of war it's Iran who should be afraid , the country which only speaks about Israel but holds it's proxy back so it won't help the people of Gaza.
Cowards Will be given a proportionate response.

Bro, if you think Naval exercises happen at the drop of a hat, Kudos to you!
I was just drawing attention to the recurring theme of unprofessionalism and self-serving motives among those who are supposed to safeguard our country's sovereignty. Time and again, they have allowed its violation, either for personal gain or for 'kicks and giggles'. In some instances, particularly during Indian strikes, they react with panic and look for the easiest way out, wanting to avoid direct involvement despite it being part of their job description. Instead, they seem more preoccupied with political-engineering and expanding their property portfolios, rather then protecting our borders as they are supposed to.

Do people here seriously believe there will be a military response? Enforcing sovereignty is for countries with a functional government and security apparatus, when you have neither, you end up like Syria and Iraq, which is why Iran attacked. PA will respond if it wants to paint a picture of competence, but something tells me between the political engineering and worsening security status, they are not concerned with competency but ruling the country. Pakistan is a security state that doesn't secure shit.

It is okay. Life lessons are learned by all in the end, some do it the easy way, some choose the hard way. We all learn, one way or another.

It’s like the poor Palestinian situation to find out their fellow Arabs are not coming to help them. Pakistanis have been brought up on Muslim Ummah , it will help us in our time of need because that’s what our religion stands for!

As I said, national interests above all. People eventually learn. Eventually.

@Qureshi @_NOBODY_ what do you lads think about the possibility of retaliatory strikes from our side?

The present mood I am seeing judging from Local media and handles is that diplomatic relations cut off is gonna be our only action.

Seems what's appearing on media is a bluff game & if we didn't respond it will happen again.

Looks like there's going to be drone strike soon.

Strategically speaking I don't see a military response. I think break in relations and any diplomatic pressure which can be applied will be. Iran should have apologised for the deaths of the children and injured reported children. They should have offered compensation to the families ( maybe they still will).

Paks leadership has been poor for a long time now, this is costing lives on a frequent basis now. Strength comes through unity the nation is so fractured.

This is why Retaliation is a must. This cannot be the new normal in any case. Pakistan must respond and ensure it's red lines are not crossed.
