Bangladesh is such an integrated protectorate of India that it couldn't help itself but to buy billions of dollars of arms from China since the inception. And it continues today. Makes sense. Better yet, India couldn't make BD buy it's own hardware despite repeatedly offering it and even after giving half a billion in line of credit only to that end.( Except some land cruiser and pontoon bridge, lol.)

BD has stopped major weapons buying from anyone for a while.

However it is true that due to China's support for Myanmar in 2017, BD military is actively trying to reduce dependance on China.
