Israel Genocide in Gaza - 2023 to present - Part ll

Editorial: It appears that the leaders of the Muslim world have been played by Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu. Though many Muslim governments, including our own, initially welcomed the 20-point Gaza ‘peace’ plan, when the reality of what it articulates — Palestinian surrender, Israeli impunity, colonial control of Gaza — dawned on them, clarifications began to pour in.

Other Muslim states, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkiye, have similarly been caught off guard by the American-Israeli sleight of hand. Reportedly, the Qataris asked the US to hold off on announcing the plan, a request that Washington clearly spurned.

Not a surprise at all. You just absolutely can't trust a word Trump says in general anyway and the Israelis are gloating about how Netanyahu's meeting with Trump resulted in Trump reneging on some key provisions of the so-called Peace Plan.

‘Respect international law’: Australia monitors Israel’s flotilla seizures
Australia says it’s aware of reports of “detainments” by Israeli soldiers on the flotilla carrying activists and aid bound for Gaza.

Canberra said it stands ready to provide consular assistance to its affected citizens on board.

“Australia calls on all parties to respect international law, to ensure the safety and humane treatment of those involved,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Spain summons Israel’s envoy after Gaza flotilla interception
Spain has summoned Israel’s top representative in Madrid in response to Israeli commandos intercepting the Gaza-bound flotilla.

“Today I summoned the charge d’affaires here in Madrid,” Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares told public broadcaster TVE, saying 65 Spaniards are travelling with the flotilla.

Israel withdrew its ambassador to Madrid last year after Spain recognised a Palestinian state.

Total of 30 Turkish citizens taken by Israeli forces as probe launched
The Istanbul chief prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation after Israeli naval commandos arrested Turkish citizens on board the Gaza aid flotilla.

The probe concerns “Turkish citizens arrested following the attack carried out by elements of the Israeli navy in international waters against the Global Sumud flotilla”, a statement said.

It cited the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea and said it would look into “aggravated looting, material damage, and torture”. Turkish media said 30 Turkish citizens in all were taken by Israeli forces.

Turkiye denounced the “act of terrorism” by Israel after the flotilla was intercepted, adding it hoped the incident “will not compromise efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza”.

Malaysia PM: ‘Israeli regime must be stopped immediately’
Malaysia’s Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim says he’s been informed of the detention of 23 Malaysians on board Gaza aid flotilla ships, by Israeli commandos.

Anwar said in a video posted on social media he will seek the assistance of Middle Eastern leaders – including Turkiye, Egypt and Qatar – to secure their release.

“Once again, I emphasise that the injustices perpetrated by the Israeli regime must be stopped immediately. Malaysia will not remain silent when the rights and dignity of our people are trampled upon,” Anwar said.

Israel’s interception of Gaza flotilla ‘a grave offence’, says South Africa
South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa says Israel’s capture of boats from the Global Sumud Flotilla is a “grave offence” against “global solidarity and sentiment that is aimed at relieving suffering in Gaza”.

Ramaphosa called on Israel to immediately release South Africans on the flotilla, including anti-apartheid icon Nelson Mandela’s grandson, Nkosi Zwelivelile Mandela.

“South Africa calls on Israel to ensure that the life-saving cargo transported by this flotilla reaches the people of Gaza, as the flotilla represents solidarity with Gaza not confrontation with Israel,” he said.

“My thoughts are with all of the abductees and their families and it is my expectation that Israel will release the human rights activists as these abductions serve no purpose in the context of efforts to secure peace in the Middle East.”

Kuwait monitoring situation of nationals detained from aid ship
Kuwait says it’s closely watching the plight of its detained nationals on board the GSF vessel, the Spectre, which was intercepted by the Israeli navy.

Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali al-Yahya told the state news agency KUNA his ministry “is exerting all possible efforts to ensure the safety of the citizens and is working for their immediate release”.

“The Foreign Ministry will spare no efforts in this regard,” he said, adding the safety of Kuwaiti citizens is a “top priority”.

The fact that we are seeing a Genocide and mass starvation in 21st century, in 2025 with all the social media, videos/Pictures and yet the world has not yet completely united and America as a Country standing between Israel and Accountability, that itself tell me that when power becomes unchecked and insanity reaches to a point of no return than nature takes its course, and I was one of those who used to say Hamas is to blame, Palestinians made some wrong choices in past, their leaders sucks, but given what we saw unleashed in Gaza and no one can/dare to do anything to stop it, like Israel blocking food getting to Gaza is beyond any evil we have seen, American soldiers saying that IDF is just killing innocent people who wants to feed their kids, Israeli's has surpass NAZI's in their behavior, and the sheer incompetence of Arab leaders is just beyond me, it feels so unreal that we are witnessing this our life time. Even when Serbs were committing Genocide against Muslims there were some powers that eventually stand up and stop but here its like Gaza and its people are left to die or starved by world... I don't know why Allah has called us " Ashraful Mukhloqaat " or Best of creation, we are worse than Animals if you ask me.

European Green Party calls flotilla interception ‘breach of international law’
The European Green Party has “strongly condemned” Israel’s interception of the Global Sumud Flotilla with all but one boat now seized.

In a statement, Green’s Co-Chair Vula Tsetsi said the blocking of humanitarian aid and “silencing independent observers is unacceptable”.

“It constitutes a clear breach of international law. We call on EU institutions and national governments to take immediate action to secure the safety and release of all those on board,” Tsetsi said.

“We call for life-saving aid to be urgently delivered to the civilian population in Gaza. We call for an immediate and lasting ceasefire – and for EU institutions to play their part in ensuring it. The Israeli government must be held accountable for its acts of violence and the genocide it continues to perpetrate.”
