The craziest thing about this is if there is a ceasefire --
Hamas would be the first entity ever in 21st Century of having survived after marked for total destruction. Germans, Japanese, and maybe you could say ISIS were marked for total destruction/surrender.
This shows for first time, 'allies' are on wrong side of history. Palestinians are viewed as being justified in fighting back Israeli oppression, Israel is seen as the aggressor.
And most importantly, it's thanks to Allah and thanks to Muslims that stood with Gaza from the very first minute and did not let their brothers and sisters behind. Maybe they can't to do something immediate and tangible for Gaza, but they stood by Gaza with their hearts, souls, and minds. Alhamdillah for the nation for the Mohammed (SAW).
We have to make sure people of Gaza survive but also Hamas as Hamas is a legitimate anti-occupation force and some of the greatest soldiers Muslims have, we have to legitimize their cause and stand with them against the character assassination campaign pushed by the Western media.

Where is the Palestinian left in this?
From 1970 till 1990 they were very active with heavy resistance and hijackings and they had great commanders as Wadi Haddad, George Habbash, Leila Khaled, Abu Jihad and they even recruited Japanese, German and Venezuelan fighters.
They were a inspirational movement and a great catalyst for the Palestinian cause. Western authors wrote many books about them, like David Yallop for example.
They should take over the power from PLO in the Westbank and start the 3th intifada to release pressure on Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
With all the European leftists choosing the side of the Palestinians, it is now time for the PFLP and DFLP to start the revolution. They always dreamed about the international support that they didnt recieve from fellow socialists/marxists/communists from Europe.
Now is the right time.
