Is this a admission Israelis are committing a genocide ? And no. Don't project Israeli narrative onto others. Palestinains did a military operation on October 7 in response to repeated and numerous violations in occupied Palestinian territory by Israel. Palestinians are much more ethical and moral than Israel. And much more humane. We would not do any such thing. That's a Israeli talking point that is far from reality.

You're trying to downplay atrocities and massacres committed by Israel and even going as far as to justify it. Clearly you're not bothered by it and may actually like it. According to your logic, the genocide and war crimes Israel is committing are okay because you can throw in a Israeli talking point about a hypothetical scenario that didn't happen and never will. No we are not guilty. We don't target children.
There were zero children or infants killed by Palestinians on October 7. Zero.
There is no moral equivalency between us.
