With the current doomed negotiations, goals of Israel are very clear, they will destroy Hamas as a military force, control Gaza borders and retain some kind of autonomy to carry out future operations in Gaza so that Hamas or any other entity won’t be able to attack Israel in future. Hamas will not agree to this and thus the war will go well in to 2025. On the other hand Hamas will most likely become a guerrilla terror group capable out carrying out suicide bombings, shooting and rocket attacks in Gaza/Israel.

Hamas clearly lets even IDF soldiers come to rescue IDF injured and you call them 'terror group'? IDF soldiers?!! The same soldiers who were a minute ago bombing and killing them. That outrageous and false claim--parroted by no less than President Biden--opened a lot of eyes in America about the nature of the Israeli narrative. It's been downhill since then on the propaganda war for Israel.
I think the only thing, in matters of conflicts, the Israelis are good at are bombing people and doing assassinations. In case of the latter, they have not only the advantage of their own intelligence gathering but also of many Western countries' resources who have their diplomatic missions in countries like Iran and Lebanon.
Otherwise, they are cowardly and their propaganda sucks!
