Leadership structure of Hezbollah:
The Shura Council is the top executive body in Hezbollah

This includes representatives of Hezbollah's judicial, political, executive, parliamentary, and jihad (military) councils.
This is led by the secretary general (formerly Nasrallah) and the current deputy is Naim Qassem. As far as I know all of these guys (except for Nasrallah) are still alive.
Nasrallah was not a military commander so his replacement will likely come from the Shura Council not the Jihad (military) Council. Nasrallah's replacement will likely be Naim Qassem or Hashem Saif Al-Din (most reports say it will be Saif Al-Din).
The Jihad Council is the top military body and sits below the Shura Council

Of these, Aqil and Shukr were martyred, and reports suggest that Karaki was martyred yesterday after he survived an earlier assassination attempt (but not confirmed).
The other 4 members (the majority) of the Jihad Council (Hamia, Nader, Safi al-Din, and Haidar) are alive and well.

Don't fall for the Israeli propaganda charts where they cherry pick certain commanders who they kill to suggest Hezbollah's entire leadership has been martyred. That is not accurate.
