The Sanad Open Source Agency team at Al Jazeera Network monitored and analyzed data for all military flights that passed over Gaza - the full report is in the first comment - and were linked to Western countries during a year of the Israeli war on Gaza. We recorded the following:
6,000 military flights linked to Western countries since the start of the declaration of war on Gaza, an average of 16 military flights per day. Terrifying number.
1,600 aerial reconnaissance flights from several Western countries over the skies of Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, and sometimes Egypt, at a rate of 4 reconnaissance flights per day in the skies.
47% of the total reconnaissance flights are British, as the British Air Force relied mainly on the “Shadow R1” aircraft equipped with advanced monitoring and sensing technologies, enabling it to carry out intelligence tasks and impose continuous monitoring of movements on the ground, with the ability to fly at an altitude of up to 10 kilometers. .
