Alastair Crooke is my second favorite after Chass Freeman on the diplomatic angles of geopolitics.
A very interesting video and some salient points:
1) It is deeply embedded in the Israeli psyche to dominate the region per their scriptures and those who don't comply in the region would be the Amalek.
2) Crooke doesn't know why Israel has such a hold on Trump but it is there and it is real.
3) The demands imposed on Iran are impossible and they are meant to start a major war. [and here, like Freeman, Crooke refers to the Austro-Hungarian demands on Serbia, which started World War One].
4) The new Syrian regime is not too keen on challenging Israel despite losing a chunk of land, material, and casualties. (But, hey, there is the Imam Mahdi to save the day, right??!)
Guys and gals! Buckle up, because the real war is almost certainly going to start. There are distinct echoes from what led to the invasion of Iraq in 2003.
PS. Those who thought Trump being a straight-shooter makes him better should seek some help! Biden was a hypocrite but he, rightly, saw that America wouldn't benefit from an open conflict against Iran and initially in his term he even thought of reviving the JCPOA. But what we have right now is a Fascist in Netanyahu's pocket!
So question your 'logic' of supporting an open Israeli stooge vs a more moderate hypocrite!!
