The Egyptian government is a slave to Israel. Gives free gas to them, too. It's part of the deal of the century. Israeli's and US and other parties have always tried expelling Palestinians or relocating them out of Palestine. They were trying to achieve this diplomatically for a long time. Gaza was going to be attacked, Hamas pre-empted their strike. They expelled lots of Palestinians to Syria and Lebanon. Now they want to expel Palestinians of Gaza. And offer foreign citizenship to Palestinians of West Bank.

Egyptian government shows it is totally onboard with the plan.
 
They killed their own soldiers with help of Israel/US, saying it was ISIS. Then razed down and expelled their own residents from cities next to Gaza. Back in 2013-2015. To prepare for forceful expulsion through terror of residents of Gaza. It's necessary to kill Israel and all it's agents until they are no more and pose no threat to the people anymore.
