Israel was useful to USA in the 1970s to keep control under gulf oil rich countries. 1970s started with USA peak oil and end of USD gold standard.

But Iraq and Libya recent experiences show: world has changed, electronic espionage and drone killings allow to extract oil from countries sink in mayhem, order is not longer necessary, then Israel is not needed for USA neither.

Germany richness was useful for USA in the cold war to stop USSR communism spread.

It was not necessary anymore since 1991. And it's a problem when world come close to peak oil (and peak -any raw material-) in the 2020s.

Germany and EU keep working, but USA shale gas will last less than Russia natural gas, and when that will happen, then troubles will be harder between EU/Russia.

The UN is the single most ineffective group the world has ever seen, all they can do is 'sanction' who they deem to be offenders in various situations, and those affected always find a way to beat the sanctions. China trades with the DPRK, India still buying oil and gas from Russia and Iran.

A kamikaze drone has reportedly struck an illegal outpost housing the United States' occupation forces in eastern Syria.
Lebanon's al-Mayadeen television news network announced the development in a report in early Thursday.
The report specified the target of the attack as the base that houses the US troops in the Conoco gas field in the Syrian province of Dayr al-Zawr.
The drone has hit the "specified target," resulting in a "massive explosion" that rang out throughout the nearby areas, it noted.
The extent of the likely casualties or material damages resulting from the strike is yet to be known.
No person or group has yet claimed responsibility for the incident.
The attack, however, bears the hallmark of numerous such strikes that have been carried out against targets housing American forces across the Arab country and neighboring Iraq by the latter's Islamic Resistance.

What would you call the Israel airforce pilots who flew their attack helicopter to the concert site on the 7th Oct and deliberately gunned down Israeli citizens. Or how about the F-16 pilot who bombed a house knowing 10 Israeli hostages were inside and as a result killed them. They must also be you heros.
