My understanding is that relevant researchers in China are completely indifferent to this.
The technical principles of these export-oriented weapons are themselves publicly available. Their true core technologies lie in materials science and specialized manufacturing processes. To fully master these technologies, one must possess complete and top-tier industrial technological capabilities. They are products built upon China's current industrial capacity. Without China's industrial capabilities, no one can replicate them.
In other words, even if Chinese engineers teach you hand in hand, you still won't be able to learn it. Or, even if you learn it, you won't be able to manufacture it. Because these Chinese engineers cannot manufacture them outside of the Chinese system either.
A long time ago, CCTV publicly disclosed the processing technology of miniature AESA radar antennas. This technology is widely used in missiles and UAVs, including the PL-15. For those who understand mechanical processing technology, they know how difficult this is.
When India claimed to have obtained wreckage of the PL-15E missile and began reverse-engineering it, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs ignored the claim. ------ Let alone wreckage, even if we gave them a complete PL-15E missile, including detailed technical documentation, they still wouldn't be able to manufacture it.
