It was never fitted with CFTs - it was only done as a computer CFD exercise and it did not pan out. Need a much more powerful engine and more importantly additional structural changes which make it cost prohibitive.

You'd basically have to redesigned the fuselage, which isn't worth the effort for a cost effective fighter like the thunder.

Notice the Helmet-Mounted Display and Cueing System (HMDCS) on the JF-17 Block III pilot.The system is used mainly on 4.5/4+ generation mutirole jets. The helmet uses displays and optics to project important visual information and targeting data on the visor of the helmet. The HMD provides the pilot with situation awareness, an enhanced image of the scene, and in military applications cue weapons systems, to the direction their head is pointing. By using the head angle as a pointer to direct air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons seekers or other sensors (e.g., radar, FLIR) to a target merely by pointing his head at the target. In close combat prior to HMDs, the pilot had to align the aircraft to shoot at a target. HMDs allow the pilot to simply point his head at a target, designate it to weapon and shoot. This capability is especially useful paired with high off-boresight missiles that are able to hit targets 90° or more offset from the nose of the firing aircraft. These systems allow targets to be designated with minimal aircraft maneuvering, minimizing the time spent in the threat environment, and allowing greater lethality, survivability, and pilot situational awareness.

Manufacturing batches with different resin or pigment, environment factors, dirt and grime etc.

The radome of a modern fighter jet is made of composite materials. It has a protective layer of paint on its surface. In order to eliminate static electricity accumulated in flight and to avoid interfering with the radar or triggering the risk of electrical discharges, this layer of paint needs to be electrically conductive.

Usually, the easiest way to do this is to add graphite to the paint. That is why it appears black overall. ------ Many early versions of modern fighters had radomes that were black.

Later, modern fighters began to emphasize low-visibility paint. Various emblems that were prominent on the surface of the fighter aircraft began to be painted in low visibility. Black radomes are very visible in the visual range. So, the paint formula was readjusted to give it an off-white color that was not suitable for observation.

Black color absorbs heat more easily, resulting in higher radome temperatures. It requires additional heat-resistant design. Off-white blends more easily with the environment.
As for whether radar absorbing material (RAM) is added to the paint? That has little to do with whether it is black or off-white.
