I will be Devil's Advocate: By signing the Camp David Accord, Egypt got a huge land back In Sinai. Generations of Egyptians have found semblance of prosperity. And Egypt is relatively safe from the Israeli plans: The fertile lands of Egypt (the narrow northern strip along the Nile River) is too far from Israel and the Sinai is a desert and too large for Israel to occupy and hold. Israelis would be content to grab and assimilate southern Lebanon and southeast Syria--better quality of land.
I think if Sinai was fertile especially bordering areas next to Israel then a Camp David might not have happened.

Egypt had a treaty with the jews and they don't want break the treaty ( for now) since they are surrounded by (hezb,Syria,Hamas,Houthis,Iraqi Militia,Iran). they wouldn't want Egypt as an enemy again.

They also cited growing unease over Cairo's "subordination" to the United Arab Emirates, specifically after the fallout between Riyadh and Abu Dhabi over the latter's support for Southern Yemeni separatist groups that "threaten Saudi's national security and interests".

Two of the sources noted that while Egypt sent fighter jets to Abu Dhabi in response to the Iranian attacks, and Sisi was keen to visit UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed more than once during the war, no such steps were taken towards Saudi Arabia. They concluded that Riyadh had become increasingly alarmed by Sisi's alignment with Abu Dhabi.

The sources said this was due to Riyadh seeing several Emirati policies as running against Egypt's own strategic interests. These include the UAE’s involvement in Somaliland, its strategic relationship with Israel, its support for Ethiopia during disputes over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam and its backing of the Rapid Support Forces in Sudan.

One of the sources said that Cairo's continued engagement with Abu Dhabi had deepened doubts in Riyadh about Egypt's reliability as a strategic partner.

Saudi foundations are weak. for example Riyadh water is 90% provided by de salination plants. Without those Riyadh is done. Saudi also depends heavily on oil infrastructure and those are easily destroyed. Without oil revenue, saudi becomes another yemen with shia crescent fighting sunni majority.

Saudis can have all the toys in the world but the foundations is built on house of cards and their military adventure into houthi territory showed they aren't a power to be feared.

What the Israelis generally do is keep their enemies divided so they can pick them off one by one.

Let me give you a recent example of the isreali mindset, once the americans started bombing iran, the isrealis started making boastful threats about Turkiye being the next iran.

From their perspective Iran was "finished", however as we can all see many months on, not only is iran not finished but the isrealis have started to talk about needing another 3 to 4 years. That too will probably end up being wishful thinking.

Once the isrealis realised iran won't be toppled in this round, they all started to lower their tone against Turkiye. Still hostile but no where near calling Turkiye the next iran. So basically they want to pacify Turkiye for long enough to get iran out the way first. Even that dead mutt senator graham had something positive to say about Turkiye a month before he died.

concerning egypt, this is what i think the isrealis will do. At all costs they cannot allow egypt to join because to them it basically means Turkiye re-entering the country. It will be mean that the Turkish army is not only rebuilding syria but also rebuilding egypt. So if you look at the map it would mean Turkiye, Northern Cyprus, Syria and Egypt will all have a Turkish footprint. If they were to attack Turkiye, Turkiye could retaliate from 4 directions.

So, this is what i think they will do, they will start a charm offensive towards egypt. They will get them deals for usa arms and even isreali arms, maybe even more american handouts. They will entice them with benefits to stay away and if required maybe even threats towards their leadership should the benefits look to fail.

But the reality is that when the time is right, if they were to topple iran and then Turkiye, they sure as hell would then bend Egypt over.

The reality that i think all of us can see, all of our differences, our grievances and our prejudices towards one another, are nothing but minor issues of no significance in the face of this anglo-american/zionist agenda for the Muslim world.

Muslims truthfully need to put their ego's aside, behave humbly and start working together. We're not going to find common cause on all issues, we may not even find common cause on most issues, but certainly we can all find common cause on the zionist threat.

So moving forward were either going to come together, or many more Muslim nations are going to be destroyed.

Lets see in the years to come whether this beginning of Saudi, Pakistan and Turkiye can develop into something greater, or whether it will fail like other pacts in the past.

The current 3(KSA, Pakistan, Turkey) should just stop accepting all additional memberships for at least 10-15 years...and only allow interested countries an observer status...

...in these 10-15 years the 3 current member states should work extremely hard to develop synergy(NATO style). Frequent training exercises, increasing(all new acquisitions) interoperability, buying each other's equipment(like drones, artillery, etc) as much as possible to keep the money circulating within and helping each other's defense industries rather than money flowing out, and have more JVs.
...additionally all 3 should allocate funding to develop SSBN(MILDEN or some other sub) and SLBMs. These would be operating under joint command...and serve as a second strike platforms(deployed around the world) to provide guaranteed nuclear deterrence IF any of the 3 member states are attacked first with nukes.

^while all of the above is going on. The observer countries(interested in joining) are told to steer their military towards interoperability/compatibility with the 3 member states over these 10-15 years while the 3 original countries are developing credible mutual defense capabilities. These countries should also be encouraged to buy defense equipment from the 3 member states when and where possible...which will add to their efforts of interoperability/compatibility and at the same time increase inflow of money towards the defense industries of the 3 member states.

Once the original 3 members have achieved a decent joint defense capability with nuclear umbrella (for the 3 original members)...then the observers can be considered on case by case basis to be added to mutual defense pact. Their military capability and level of interoperability would be taken into account as well as the risks of adding them into this pact(their ongoing geopolitical conflicts/situations), their geographic significance(e.g. suez canal control that Egypt has), economic conditions, and the political tilt/alignment of their rulers.
...and depending on all of that...it should be determined if they are to be added only conventionally for joint defense or also offered nuclear umbrella(the two options being separate..and nuclear umbrella not just easily offered to anyone and everyone).

...objectively only...setting aside things like the incompetence of Pakistani political leadership that rears its head almost everywhere.

Not having dug in and frankly ignored all news & social media over the past ten days or so.

1. Is there any actual text of this agreement available other than news reports?
2. People lose interest in projects within a week, one cannot expect countries to have patience or interest over 5 or more years without concrete progress they can track.
