Cheaper in the long term plus constant day and night surveillance unlike UCAVs that are rarely used considering how hot the war is. And if flown 24/7/365 over an area, will definitely crash in couple of months.you know these cost more than just buying ucavs right?
these are like 10-15m a pop.
Initially 5-10 in extremely hot zones like shawal, Tirah, Bajaur, can greatly damage the enemy's movements and in time act as an area denial system if paired efficiently with the offensive units, ground our air.
