So the question is why Taliban and India are best friends now?
Why then IAF was not fully supported? Why these enemy Taliban were not eradicated during 20 years of American occupation of Afghanistan?

Pakistan supported Taliban because Pakistan wanted to ensure that its rear-guard (Western border) was relatively secure. This was the calculation made then based on the assessment on the ground.

As to why Taliban and India are mending fences, it is because of the former's need to gain greater acceptance and the latter's need to keep Pakistan on its toes.

What is IAF and why would we support it? I am not sure what you are alluding to.

Terrorism emanates from outside (and whether civilian or military government, they have all had to fend it off). As an example, ZAB started the campaign against Baloch terrorism and because of the geo-pol, this will continue. Same goes for India in IoK etc. etc.
I have written this multiple times, Afghanistan will not rest easy till they have all of KP. This is the reality of the situation. Second, India will continue to support terrorism against Pakistan because it is their state policy for as long as Pakistan does not surrender its claim on Kashmir.

So if you want to get rid of terrorists, you have one of two options. Take your pick. Your majoritarian PTI rule cannot add another to these options.
a) Surrender Pakistan's stance on Kashmir and accept India's dominion over it. Plus, let Afghanistan decide the fate of Durand Line as they see fit. These two will IMMEDIATELY lead to reduction of terrorism inside of Pakistan.
b) Fight the terrorists and their foreign abettors and pay with blood and treasure.

There is no middle ground. PTI/IK are not going to get the Afghan government to stop supporting TTP in its quest for imposition of their version of nizam inside Pakistan. Similarly, IK/PTI can do nothing but to take on India as the current and past governments have done.

So you can sit there and curse the policies of the past and blame them all on Khaki, as is your prerogative, but you have nothing better to offer.

There is not one post here from any of the Army bashers to state with clarity, what their solution for addressing terrorism inside of Pakistan is.

Most here don't give a damn about IK/PTI. I am not even sure if I have a feeling about them, let alone "hatred" as you claim. Had it been PML, PPP, MQM doing their Punjabi, Sindhi, Muhajir ethnic politics to get in the way of national interests, they'd be subjected to the same criticism as PTI.

I should also highlight in response to your point "IDK why PTI is the number 1 enemy of the state right now". The issue is one of implementing NAP to defeat terrorism in KP. That means launching kinetic operations at a much greater scale above and beyond the IBOs and then having the provincial government tackle all of the law and order, prosecution, governance issues the NAP highlights. IK has already said "No Operations". He has told his PTI leadership to not cooperate with the center. So how could you, or anyone for that matter, leave this responsibility off the KP/PTI provincial government? Everyday the PTI curses the provincial government in Punjab and Sind, for right and wrong reasons, for issues big and small. So why would the onus not be with the KP PTI government then to implement NAP?

If the NAP and national interest is actually something that the powers in charge want, then whats stopping them from ending this confrontation with the PTI?

You can’t genuinely argue that the domestic political and ethnic dynamics are better now than they were before IK’s government was overthrown.

Public Ownership and faith in the political process is something intangible but extremely critical, especially in areas where insurgencies have local support. What do the locals see this as? A fight between men with guns in uniform against other men with guns without uniforms, with locals not necessarily seeing a benefit either way.

Loyalty to a country isn’t just because you have a flag and boundaries and a name, its because as a ‘Tribe’, we all have a stake in it, and that stake is to make our lives, our children's lives and our families lives easier, and not just so we remain mired in poverty, lack of development and lack of economic opportunity.

Look, after all these decades of military coups and election rigging, if the Fauj could at least point to significant development, economic growth and prosperity, you could still argue that the powers that be were at least respecting the stake that the ‘Tribe’ has in Pakistan. What exactly is Pakistan ‘selling’ to those who feel disenfranchised?

Another apples and oranges example.

Treaty of Hudaybiyyah came about because a weak side (Muslims) had no option but to build the community and needed time. This treaty came about after 2 major wars (Badr and Uhud).

Military operations enable an environment in which "treaties" and deals can be made. Nobody here is suggesting to wage a war for the hell of it.

It is about inflicting serious damage on the TTP and their supporters in Afghanistan. Only when the costs on the abettors of TTP in KP and in the Afghan hinterlands is hit then the other side will redo their calculus and agree to talks. This would be on top of trucking back hundreds of thousands of Afghans back so the Afghan government puts its focus on resettling these folks instead of making funds available to TTP to kill Pakistanis.

We should strive to have clarity about the problem on hand. This is not about being anti-PTI, rather expecting PTI to support the national interests instead of ethnic/provincial interests at the cost of the country.

The entire Pakistani awam knows that TTP is killing Pakistanis. Safeguarding Pakistani lives from the Afghan/Indian funded terrorism is the national interest we are talking about.
