Politics in KPK is not for welfare but for ethnicity, "hamara pao opper rehna chaiay q kay hum pushtoonwali kay alambardar hain". The walking skeleton Pervaiz Khattak used to say "Pushtoono ka wazir e ala...", the one thing they achieved for their people is changing name of the province, as if it helped better the lives of people. Divide this province into three or four parts based on terrorist activities. Call them Terroristan, Smugglistan, Peaceful and Hazara. Then deal with them accordingly.
