B/c its not True, and frankly even if Syria wanted it could not be possible for the simple fact that Israelis are occupying Golan and without the return of Golan such a matter is not possible even if Syria wanted. The Israelis under Netanyahu made a strategic blunder in officially annexing Golan Heights into Israel, rather then keeping it as occupied territory, which they didn't with the Golan which they used as a bargaining chip with Egypt, Netanyahu's own greed created an unforced blunder for the zionist entity.
Outside of the 1974 ceasefire, there is nothing on the Israeli front, the only thing outside of that, has been the return of a 50 year old skeleton with no tactical benefit, that Assad himself was negotiating to give back in 2007.
