Not really.. where I live. It's very nice. Actually.. I'm about 30 minutes outside of the city proper

I thought Philly suburbs were quiet unlike the urban areas where they a full of "teens."

The Philly suburbs are actually very nice for the most part.

Ah yes those places where government is in total control and if you say a naughty word on social media that they don't like they can and have arrested folks for it. Btw VAST majority of folks "mow down" here in US are the urban dwellers a.k.a gangs/"teens" and they usually live in strict gun control cities.

Doesn't even make sense lol. If I wanted guns in a controlled city, Id just go to Texas or wherever buy a dozen guns and come back to the city. How hard is that?

I live in the Philly burbs

The burbs are quite nice and extensive. Lots of jobs in Philly area and nearby Wilmington too. I once had a chance to settle there but it was not meant to be.

Since the topic is London related, I did recently fall into a rabbit hole of housing in London. Seems mostly tiny apartments (flats) are available and nothing good under $400k for a tiny one bedroom!

Well, unfortunately housing in the cities are usually super expensive. That seems to be the case whether it be in Philadelphia, London, or any other major city around the world for the most part.
