Is this the same mega project to irrigate and create the desert lakes ..or another? I thought that was still in eco-impact analysis....

I dont know if they can make the whole thing,but certainly they can manufacture major components of these engines and iran would be the only country in the mena region who could do so.
Its no small achievement.
